We are no longer able to accept registrations for the first two weeks of Cemracs because we have reached the maximum capacity.

You may now register online for the CEMRACS 2016.

In order to finalize your registration and your room booked, you have to send an official authorization from your institute (ordre de mission in France) to the following email cemracs16@smai.emath.fr

For late registration (after July 3th), please send us an email cemracs16@smai.emath.fr with your dates of attendance to get a confirmation of the availability of a room.

Registration fees (Summer school)

Registration fees are relating to the summer school of CEMRACS 2016 and cover course materials and coffee breaks.

Registration will only be validated upon receipt of their settlement which should therefore be adressed as soon as possible.

Before June 01 2016

Full rate : 550 Euros

Academic rate : 300 Euros

Junior rate : 150 Euros

After June 01 2016

Full rate : 650 Euros

Academic rate : 400 Euros

Junior rate : 200 Euros

Accomodation form

Participants are accomodated at the CIRM.

Typically, they will share a double room. A litte number of single rooms are also available with an increase of the price.

The price for one day includes of lunch, dinner, night and breakfast.

Single room : 111.25 Euros tax included

Double room : 101.35 Euros tax included

Meal : 18.55 Euros tax included

Registration cancellation policy

After 10 July 2016, no refund will be admitted

If you decide to cancel your registration, please submit a written request to the CEMRACS 2016 organizer to the following email cemracs16@smai.emath.fr:

Letter of invitation

If a participant needs a letter of invitation to assist in the visa application process and be able to participate to the first week of Cemracs 2016, please send to cemracs16@smai.emath.fr the following documents.

• Short curriculum vita which includes a list of selected publications (and the date of birth)
• Brief letter explaining your motivation to attend this summer school in connection with your own research and career.
• Brief letter of recommendation from a senior person (e.g. Ph.D. supervisor, head of group or department) on letterhead.

An answer will be provided within two weeks. The last five weeks of Cemracs 2016 are devoted to research projects. To participate to these five weeks, please first apply to one of the available research projects. After admission, to request an invitation letter, please send the documents mentioned above.
