Registration

Registration is closed. For late applications to the summer school, please contact the organisers (cemracs22@smai.emath.fr).

If you will only attend the summer school

• Registration fees are 180 euros TTC.
• You additionally have to pay for accomodation (see the price below).
• Payment is by wire transfer to the account given at the end of this page.

If you are a student and want to join a project team

• Applications to projects should be mentionned during registration.
• You need to upload your CV in the registration form and inform the names and email addresses of advisors.
• The final decision will be given at the end of June 2022.

If you are part of a project team (student or supervisor)

• Registration and accomodation fees are covered by the project funding.

Accomodation

In most cases, participants will share a double room. A small number of single rooms are available with an enhanced daily rate. The daily rate includes accomodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It costs 114 euros/night TTC (95 euros/night HT) for accomodation in a double room and 126 euros/night TTC (105 euros/night HT) for accomodation in a single room.

Payment

Payment is either by wire transfer or by credit card:

• Payment by Credit Card: after validation of your registration, you will be redirected to the online SMAI payment website.
• Payment by wire transfer: It must go to the following SMAI account. Please, send us an email if you have any questions.
  Please clearly indicate your family and first name in the title of the transfer.
