Last week, I had the pleasure to meet some of you at the AMAM meeting in Nice where the organisers kindly helped me promote the 5th International Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematics, ICIAM 2003.

This is a cordial invitation for you to attend ICIAM 2003, to be held in Sydney from 7-11 July 2003.  The meeting is the leading event in its field, worldwide, during the current four-year period.
